30 Day Results Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying Bluile. If you do not love your results within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund. To qualify for the guarantee, products must be used as directed and the request must come from the original purchaser within 30 days of delivery. Bluile reserves the right to limit refunds in cases of excessive or repeated refund requests.

Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Use
Because skincare results come from actually using the product, opened and used products may still qualify for our 30 day results guarantee.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
